An accurate BPO is critical for REO asset managers to make the proper decisions about a property. BPO photos and reports are always completed in-house with no outsourcing. Our experience recognizing and valuing repairs is priceless when evaluating distressed property.
2) Evictions
We work hard to immediately verify occupancy and report the results to the client. Tenants can be offered cash for keys or evicted if necessary. For Multi-Family properties, leases are verified and arrangements made for monthly rent payments.
